How do I schedule an appointment?
Brittany is excited to meet you at this juncture in your life, and walk with you forward to a new future! Please call Brittany at 404-490-0081, or email her at to set up your first appointment. You may send a message to Brittany here. All messages will be returned within two business days.
What do I bring to my first appointment?
All first time clients must schedule an intake for their first appointment. Please download the new client assessment and treatment consent forms. Once completed, please email them to Brittany at , or present them at your first appointment. In addition, please bring your insurance card or employee assistance program information.
Do you accept any insurance carriers or employee assistance programs?
Yes! Brittany is in-network for the following Employee Assistance Programs: American Behavioral, E4 Health/Life Solutions, BHS, ESI, New Directions, BDA Morneau Shepell, Carebridge, Wellpoint, Cascade Centers, Curalinc, Perspectives, and ACI Specialist Benefits Corp. In addition, she is in-network for the following insurance providers: BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Tricare, Magellan, and Aetna. She can assist you in determining your financial responsibility based on your insurance plan, but ultimately you will be financially responsible for services rendered. Upon request, appropriate receipts for services rendered can be provided to you to file for reimbursement from your insurance. She cannot assure reimbursement from your insurance, or be liable for your reimbursement. Family/Couple psychotherapy sessions, Fashion Therapy and Coaching are self-pay only.
What if I have a crisis after hours?
If you have a life-threatening emergency and/or experiencing a crisis, please call 911 or the Georgia Crisis and Access Line (GCAL) at 1-800-715-4225. GCAL is available 24/7 with licensed professionals available to speak with you, and/or determine the appropriate resources to assist you. Please follow up with Brittany via office phone or email to provide updates.
What if I have a scheduling conflict with your office hours?
Great question! Brittany currently provides Tele-mental Health Services from the convenience of your phone, laptop or computer. She utilizes a HIPPA compliant and confidential platform, Doxyme. This service is free for you to use! Tele-mental Health allows her to provide more flexibility with appointments after in-person office hours. Ask about this truly flexible service!
